The Emergency Programme Officer (EPO) will contribute to the delivery of effective and high quality humanitarian programmes in the Philippines following Typhoon Haiyan. Working with partners is central to CAFOD’s humanitarian response and the EPO will play an important role in the delivery of the Philippines emergency programme, helping our partners to deliver quality programming by providing support and training in key programme areas; developing and implementing monitoring frameworks and ensuring that cross cutting issues, including gender, protection and accountability are addressed.

You should have demonstrated experience of humanitarian response and incorporation of humanitarian standards in programming. A strong understanding of programme cycle management and a commitment to delivering programmes through partnership are a must.
